Here are a few tricks to get you sorted!
Perform a fresh sync
First things first! Has your Fitbit synced with us? You'll discover your last sync date at the bottom of the main dashboard of the app. If it's been over 4 hours since your last sync, let's give it a quick refresh.
If you're not sure how to sync, just follow these simple steps:
Step 1. Force-close the app so the app is not open or running in the background.
Step 2. Open the Fitbit app on your phone to sync your Fitbit watch. You'll know the sync is complete when the app displays the same step-count as your watch.
Within 30 minutes of syncing, Fitbit will send your data to us. Please allow up to 1 hour for this new data to processed and displayed on your graphs.
Step 3. Open our app and check that the sync date displayed at the bottom of the dashboard has updated.
If your sleep graph is still missing sleep entries over 2 hours after this fresh sync, then it's time to reach out to our support team!
