With your Emotional Health rating, we’re giving you an idea of:
1. How you feel about your life, and
2. How well you cope when things aren’t peachy. Because science suggests that your capacity to cope directly impacts your Emotional Health – and vice versa.
To rate your emotional health, we use The World Health Organisation's WHO 5 Survey, which asks five questions based on how you’re feeling ‘Most’, 'Less Than' and 'Some of’ the time.
If your responses have given you an amber or red rating, it could be a good opportunity to pay a visit to your doctor or chat to a friend, family member or someone you trust.
Your score may not be anything to worry about but it's important that you're important and you're doing ok! Like all things in life, your Emotional Health rating can change and is only a reflection of how you're feeling and coping at a point in time. You can re-take the WHO 5 Survey approximately every 32 days.
