When analysing your activity, we calculate your exercise minutes as either intense or moderate.

Our ratings are based on The World Health Organisation’s recommendation of at least 75 minutes of intense activity or 150 minutes of moderate activity a week.

That means that both a brisk walk around the block AND a HIIT session at the gym can be counted towards your weekly activity - just as long as you’re getting your heart rate up.

But, know this! You should try to do a combination of both intense and moderate activity to reach your activity goal. Blending is best!
